Connects to FCS
The mission of FCCLA is to promote personal growth and leadership through Family and Consumer Sciences education. FCCLA activities connect to what is learned in family consumer science classes and provide opportunities for learning more about FCS.
Through STAR Events, Community Service, and other opportunities FCCLA provides many growth opportunities. Through these opportunities, members gain friendships, confidence, public speaking skills, and leadership skills.

FCCLA provides the opportunity to meet new people and make many new friends. Our chapter meetings allow students to meet new people within our school, and STAR Events allow students to meet people from across the state and nation.
